Cancellation Policy: We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment we request at least 48 hours notice. ALL cancellations must be done by calling the salon at 561-372-9218. Cancellations done via social media, email or text are not valid. Clients who do not honor their appointments or do not cancel within 48 hours will be charged a “No Show” fee.
48 hour notice: Services may be canceled or changed with no fee included. Failure to show or canceled under 48 hours: a “No show” fee will be charged to your card on file.
Fee’s must be fully paid off of account before future services may be booked. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
